June 30th, 2010 ** BLOSSOM PARK LOCATION TO BE CLOSED**

We are sad to announce that we are closing our Blossom Park location at the end of this school year. With the new full day early learning program coming into effect this September, Blossom Park Public school is requiring additional space to accommodate this new program and the new French Immersion program. Children's Universe Daycare has operated in Blossom Park Public school since 2002.

May 1st, 2010 **NEW ADDITION NOW LICENSED!!! **CHILDREN'S UNIVERSE DAYCARE - KANATA

We are pleased to inform you that we have expanded our licensed facility in Kanata.

Effective May 10th, 2010, the centre will offer the following Program/Spaces:

• 1. An Infant Program - licensed for 20 children, ages 0 months to 18 months.
• 2. A Toddler Program - licensed for 30 Children, ages 19 months to 30 years.
• 3. A Preschool Program - licensed for 16 children, ages 31 months to 5 years.

Hours of operation are from 07:00 AM to 06:00 PM, Monday to Friday, depending on the requirement within the community; we may offer an extended program until 12:00 PM and remain open for business on Saturday and Sunday.

May 01, 2010- BLACKBURN HAMLET ANNUAL GARAGE SALE!!!

On Saturday, May 1st, 2010 our Blackburn Hamlet location participated in the 2010 Blackburn Hamlet Annual Garage Sale. The centre also had a silent auction and as a result of both raised $1431.27!!!!

March 2010- HOP FOR MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY

Children's Universe Daycare is a proud supporter of Muscular Dystrophy of Canada. Each year we hold a HOP-o-thon for the children in our centres to help raise money for this great cause. This year, we did our HOP-o-thon in March, raising over $500.00.
